How we collect and use personal data

We collect your personal data as agreed by you to fulfill our performance pledges and to offer you personalized experience at our online and physical stores.
Different levels of personal data may be collected depending on your usage of our services:
- If you are not a registered user and you are browsing our websites anonymously as a guest, we will not collect any personal data from you. However, you may not be able to use all features and services that we offer to registered users.

- We may use your name, gender, email address, phone number, city of residence, address, date of birth, service portfolio information, transaction mode and behavior, and demographic statistics held by us for direct marketing.
- We may use your personal data for marketing our products and services, including jewellery products, accessories, giveaways and related customer services, social networking services, customer reward, loyalty or privilege programs and related products, services and facilities, online shopping services and promotional or social events related to the above.
We may also provide your personal data to other companies within the Group for their use in direct marketing, but we will not release your personal data without your consent. Please note that:
- We may provide all kinds of personal data as described in paragraph 7.1(1) to other companies within the Group for use in direct marketing.
- Other companies within the Group may use your personal data mentioned above to market our products and services as described in paragraph 7.1(2).
We will use the personal data provided by you and only provide such data to other companies within the Group for direct marketing in compliance with the Ordinance.
If you do not wish us to use or provide your personal data to other companies within the Group for direct marketing, you may exercise your opt-out right at any time by emailing to enquiry@tslj.com or via our websites free of charge.
If you are a member of TSL the club and/or wedding club who no longer want to receive any promotional emails and information, you may cancel subscription by emailing to tslunsubscribe@tslj.com or via the promotional emails.

Right to access your data

Under the Ordinance, you have the right to:
- Request understanding whether we hold your data;
- Request access to the data listed in paragraph 8.1(1); and
- Request correction of the data listed in paragraph 8.1(1).
You may make the requests as described in paragraph 8.1 by:
- Emailing to enquiry@tslj.com;
- Mailing to G/F, Summit Building, 30 Man Yue Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong;
- Using your account established on our websites; or
- Completing the Personal Information Update Form for TSL the club and/or wedding club members at any one of our physical stores.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing any request to access data.

This policy does not intend to nor constitute any contractual rights or any other legal rights, nor does it constitute any obligations of the Group (or on behalf of any third parties) to any person or company.
